- Deployment of signature selling method for consulting & services in an international environment adapted to interdisciplinary bid-teams. Training, story-telling and coaching of bid-teams. Opening new industry markets with initial market entry point based on cold calls.
- Leading innovation within the consulting company to enable the consulting segment for selling and delivering upcoming digital solutions
- Business development for emerging software and solutions.
- Acting as worldwide business development executive (BDE) for asset- & condition Monitoring (iIoT), smart home & building and smart metering for a large international IT-company. Involved in the rollout of 28 million smart meters in Italy in the role of quality assurance management.
- Acting as business developer to ramp up multinational key accounts and develop new markets outside of the local markets.
Partner Ecosystem
- Leading the transformation from an opportunistic collaboration approach into a strategic partner concept in the digitalized world.
- Design and build the interdisciplinary partner organization based on defined roles and responsibilities in a global organization.
- Establishing a holistic selection process to ensure alignment of new partnerships with the corporate and product strategy using so-called alignment filters. Thes filters support the company’s ability to manage partners efficiently and sustainably.
- Developing new partnerships with local and global impact in all dimension. For example: partners with hardware, software, consulting competency.
- Transforming of the partner management approach towards an open and trusted attitude at eye level as a basis for WIN-WIN
- Integrating the agile manifesto and agile principles to execute partner management in the digital global environment
Management System
- Development of industry-specific process models for different industries as a basis for consulting and management of business processes.
- Training of multiple consulting companies worldwide in process modeling methods and process management tools (e.g. Aris, iGrafics).
- Introduction and management of excellence-focused process organization in a consulting company with associated process performance management.
- Leading and accompanying companies on their ‘Journey to Excellence’ across all organizational units.
- Assessment of the management systems of various globally operating companies locally and abroad, based on the Excellence Framework EFQM, in more than 10 countries.
- As a Licensed Advisor involved in the maturity assessment of the management model for companies in multiple industries such as manufacturing, automotive, government, medical, pharmaceutical with the contribution of potential improvement areas or the identification of so-called blind spots.
- Leading the project to establish ISO certification capability including successful certification.
